To say I'm proud to wear the shirt is an understatement. Two pieces of art from Two legends in their own lifetime. Dennis "Iceman" Bergkamp, a gift to football as we all know & Francesca "SuperFran" Sene, a gift to art with a passion. Her dedication to the club through her support & artistry is admirable. You genuinely feel like you’re wearing something special. The whole process from ordering to delivery was perfection. I doubted it’s arrival before Christmas as it was pressure for postal deliveries which would have been through no fault of her own. But ordered & confirmed on the 18th of December, dispatched with a tracking number on the 20th, to which Fran emailed me to check if I’d received & arriving on the 22nd in plenty of time to go under my tree. Couple that with trying to get hold of the Arsenal elite home shirt for an eagerly excited relative through “Arsenal Direct” only to be greeted with the usual buffering circular arrow. So then tried ringing the Armoury for advice which went to voicemail to leave a message!!! So then decided to go to the shop which has an unbelievable amount of smalls & mediums in stock but not one large which shows they’re not properly catering for the customer. Much like the shirt really. How can you have a standard & elite shirt, one without the Ws & Ds & one with & a £30 price difference to celebrate a 20 year anniversary achievement so unique that every fan should be able to celebrate in equally? They were the ones who notified me that it was in stock but could I get hold of one? Nope. Very frustrating from a club where you would expect customer service to be top notch (nearly said top 4 there, lol) But it didn’t feel like a 1st class service. So hats off to you Fran & Goalartzo.com. The shirt is a perfect fit, love the colour, feels comfortable to wear & the fact that it’s made with recycled material makes it even more relevant. Thanks again for a great service & all that you do to make supporting Arsenal a joy for fans like me.
